Mr. Abdul Hakim Atarud serves as the Head of Mission of the Afghan Embassy in Seoul, Republic of Korea. In this role, he leads the Embassy’s diplomatic efforts, working to strengthen bilateral relations and promote cooperation between Afghanistan and the Republic of Korea across political, economic, cultural, and humanitarian spheres.

Through his work, Mr. Atarud contributes to deepening partnership, encouraging collaboration, and building bridges between the people and institutions of Afghanistan and Korea.
