The Afghan Embassy in Seoul is Afghanistan’s official diplomatic mission to the Republic of Korea. The Embassy supports Afghan nationals through consular guidance and citizen assistance where applicable, facilitates official diplomatic coordination, and promotes constructive cooperation between Afghanistan and the Republic of Korea.

Our team works diligently to ensure that Afghan citizens in the Republic of Korea have access to timely, reliable, and transparent consular services.

The Embassy is responsible for:

Issuing and renewing passports

Processing Afghan visas for foreigners

Providing document attestation & legalization

Handling birth, marriage, and death registrations

Offering emergency legal and travel assistance

Supporting refugees and Afghan nationals in need

Issuing and renewing passports

Promoting Afghan cultural and educational exchange
